New Life Christian Academy

Our mission is to provide a disciplined environment with major focus on Quality Instruction and Spiritual Growth. We strive to assist the home and church in bringing up young people and children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord Jesus Christ mentally, spiritually, and physically. We are proud to be School of Tomorrow certified.

We provide educational field trips, daily emphasis on God’s Word, and individualized instruction.

School Background: We have been a teaching ministry of The Pentecostal’s of Peoria serving grades K-12 since 1978. Due to limited space, our enrollment is very small, usually between 25 and 35 students. We use the School of Tomorrow PACE curriculum in grades 1-12 and Beka Book curriculum in our Kindergarten. We place a high emphasis on academic excellence using the latest editions of curriculum including video and computer interactive courses. Our teaching staff volunteer their time because of their love for children and their burden for Christian Education.

 

The NLCA Crusaders

A very large percentage of our students go on to institutions of higher learning. A few of those institutions are: Bradley University, Illinois Central College, Illinois State University, St. Francis College of Nursing, as well as all four branches of the United States Armed Forces.
